Black Porsche 997 TT on Matte Black 360 Forged Straight 5

One of my conversations the other day way about cars (reaaaaaly was it was it?) and we got to the point where we discussed the design of Porsche cars. One of my friends claimed that Porsche makes the same design and the same car for 50 years, and that there is nothing beautiful about  them.

Well the argument got out of hand, after a few pints of beer and some heavy words, but it was all sorted out with this a few days later. Luckily in the same time William Stern (the photographer who’s work we feature here) just showed us his new photoshoot, where he had done a Porsche 997 TT on black 360 forged wheels.

Blue Perfection From D2FORGED – Lamborghini Gallardo Shoot

Blue Gallardos for everyone! Wheel and photography porn for everyone! That pretty much sums it up! We recently had the Blue Lamborghini Gallardo by Velos Designwerks and ADV.1 and now it’s time for the Gallardo by D2FORGED to show what its got! And oh boy does it got something to show!

With D2FORGED being one of the companies that pays extra attention to their long time customers, it was no wonder we are seeing regular check ups and brand new shoots from projects done earlier on a regular basis. With many of their customers getting different finishes on their wheels from time to time, it is great to see a wheel company paying that much attention to somebody that they already sold wheels.

Why? We often hear about businesses not paying close attention to their customers the minute the sale goes through. I see personally these guys as someone who aren’t nearly in that ballpark regarding user experience. Regular check-ups and inquiries about their products and customer opinions lead to a very satisfied customer in the end.

That’s why we are happy that our supporters continue to do so, since we get a chance from time to time, to revisit some old projects and get a brand new, freshly out of the camera, sick photoshoots like this one here!

This beautiful Lamborghini Gallardo is rolling on a set of D2FORGED VS6 wheels, gorgeously portrayed in the beauty this color finish, which being rare enough, proves to attract anyone to it the moment they see it. Emphasizing the overall package, this photoshoot will provide more than a few wallpaper worthy images for any D2FORGED and Lamborghini fans out there!

Wheels installed on this setup are, as said earlier, D2FORGED VS6 sized 20 inches. This translates into 20×9 inches at the front and large 20×12 inches setup in the back. Color finish is once again done to the customers’ requests, with a configuration of gloss black center, gloss black lip and hand painted D2 centercap logos dominating the scheme.

The Rise of Gold: gold Rush Rally

Name the 2 automotive rallies that make news every year … Gumball 3000 & Bull Run. I have watched these rallies grow for years into a massive pieces of business and fun for many rich superstars. But, about a year ago my head was sharply turned by co-founder of Luxury4Play.com Raymond Lyle when he introduced me to goldRush Rally.

goldRush rally (which we will refer to as ‘gR’) is now entering its fourth year as they prepare for what is short named gR4: Rise Against the Sun. gR like other rallies moves across hundreds of miles of ground in a week’s time bringing in vehicles from around the world. Commonly you will find your gang of Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and other exotics but don’t be to shocked to find Bugatti Veyrons, gold wrapped Ferrari F430 Scuderias, wide body BMW E92 M3s, or matte white Maybachs joining in on the trip.

gR draws from various industries and car enthusiasts from around the world. What drew me to this rally is the real foundation on which they stand. I picked a copy of the original gR rally and this previous year’s run from the gR store (www.goldrushrally.com/store) the day it became available. Setting myself up for a movie extravaganza on Saturday, I went through all 3 years of the newly famed rally.

Sitting in front of my TV, I knew what I was in for but it wasn’t until each DVD began to play and progress that it really hit me how great this rally is. You learn very quickly that gR brings together good people and good friends with the same passions. Now like any other person, I enjoy this rally for the rides, parties, people (especially the women), and other finer things in life. With other rallies, I quickly feel that it always go back to focusing on these material things and having more money than most to throw around. You know, the 1%, but gR’s participants are genuinely passionate people. You know it, you can see it, and you can feel it.

If you’re an extreme car enthusiast like we are here at MCP then the vivacious sounds of the twin turbo Lamborghini Gallardo’s and the world’s fastest Mercedes SLR McLaren are going to suck you into these DVD’s very quickly. I have to say that this year’s DVD shows off the best editing and shots yet. goldRush turned to expoze.tv and Accapella Studio © team for some top notch editing bringing a fresh style to the gR video. Ferrari F430 on ADV05 Super Light Winter Setup

Now this is what we call a perfect winter setup! You heard me right, this is a winter setup. Well, for Miami that is! Where sun is shining, people are on the beach, in December! Not like we have here. With fog, clouds, rain and snow. Actually snow is good! But besides that, ADV.1 just took care of another F430, a gray one this time!

This winter setup consists of a setup involving four pretty stunning ADV.1 Super Light wheels, namely the ADV05 design, with 20×9 and 20×12.5 inches of pure awesomeness front and back. Slammed tight, finished in a matching (to the car’s exterior) titanium matte finishing, completing one pretty picture of a perfect F430 setup!

Just by looking at these pictures many home and car owners up in the northern parts will instantaneously have a desire to sell every possession they have, move to Miami and buy an F430 because this is just to awesome to park in your garage for winter. Now without further ado let’s start with the drooling process right away!

One more thing, we are sorry Matt! We discussed this with Jordan and we agreed there is no use getting you one of these as a Christmas present. Just no use driving it around Nebraska in winter. We agreed in buying you a sweater instead. More use you shall have from that!

BMW X5M Returns on ADV.1 Deep Spec Wheels

Now I’ve always felt that larger vehicles like SUV’s were much harder to pull off a good set of wheels but I have been proven wrong before. Put your trust in ADV.1 Wheels and you shall receive. This X5M is back again with a second version of the photoshoot designed to accentuate this first Deep Spec (aka Track Spec with legs) wheel ADV.1 has built. This car is sitting on a staggered 22″ setup with a brushed aluminum ADV.5 spoke design and polished aluminum lips.

Starting off strong in 2012, ADV.1 redefines the BMW X5M by a well-crafted set of wheels bringing a fresh new year to the wheel industry. From the sheer beauty of their design to the tantalizing custom finish, this car is expected to leave you with your jaw dropped. I’m starting to think that automotive manufacturers need to come after these companies (like ADV.1 and D2 Forged) and contract them to build & design wheels. This is how the BMW X5M should have come off the production line.

Audi A7 With Deep Concave CV2 Wheels By D2FORGED

We are back! Yes, like we ever got anywhere far but it’s a new year, new beginning, new things to go around. Or maybe just more beer and fun times? Guess we’ll have to find out. But we have something pretty interesting to kick off the year. As I’ve promised on our Facebook Fan Page we shall start the year of with some photoshoots. First in line being this, a sexy Audi A7 3.0T with a setup from D2FORGED as the treat!

Shown here is their latest creation, their latest project who they’ve done with their customer which wanted something not that ordinary. We don’t usually see blacked out luxury rides like these, but the overall package on this one, the wheels, the trim, the darkened look, it all came out nicely.

D2FORGED provided a set of their gorgeous five-spoke CV2 wheels, sized 22 inches all around, with a deep concave profile, adding to the overall appearance of the popular wheel fitment we see these days. Wheels are 22×9.5″ on the front and 22×11″ at the back. They are finished in a theme that includes a gloss black center and lip, red lip stripe and the hand painted D2 logo done in the same color profile. Overall this fits the theme of the build perfectly!

We have received a a five photo large photoshoot from D2FORGED, with couple of interesting images showing different angles of the car, showing the concavity of the wheels and overall fitment on the car itself. They are large resolution images as usual, so using them as new desktop backgrounds will be pretty easy! Enjoy!

No, this isn’t new army spec setup from ADV.1 and it isn’t the one made for Gunnery Sergeant Hartman either. It is something impressive, strange and epic at the same time. Looking like a large turtle of some sort or a military project going way over budget.

With it sporting gold wheels, it certainly isn’t something you will see on the roads every day. And that’s pretty much the main reason why we love it!

Pushing the game to new levels. That’s what you get with ADV.1 and its owner really knew what he was doing. A setup and idea that deserves admiration and strange looks for sure, but one that will make his ride unique and really interesting all at once. As Matt@ADV1Wheels said, not many people would push gold wheels on their cars, let alone wrap it in matte green!

But we can only be glad there are still people with crazy ideas in this confection let’s play it by the rules world that is regularly seen all over!

We are glad the owner did this! Checking out each and every box regarding lunacy and genius, this is a perfect “best of both worlds” project. With 20″ ADV5.0 TRAKFunction wheels, gold centers, polished aluminum lips, matte green wrap, crazy stance, I would drive this all day, any day.

Add to this that top secret location where ADV.1 lets William Stern loose, combine his photography skills, dope M3 project and you get these. Complete set in high resolution, since I know you will want to drop these as your wallpaper!
